At System4 our commercial cleaning contracts are month to month. In order to keep your business, we have to be performing every day, week, and month. Our priority is to make sure our clients remain satisfied, so you can expect consistent, superior office cleaning.

3. How do I communicate with the System4 team?
Our Operations team stays in close contact with both customers and cleaning crews to ensure seamless communication. You’ll have direct phone access to our team, and we also offer a user-friendly mobile app. With the app, you can easily send messages, take and upload photos, and receive quick responses—no more hassle with emails or uploads.
4. Are your cleaners properly trained?
Yes. Before starting, all cleaners complete in-house training covering customer service, safety (including BBP training), proper chemical use, and restroom cleaning. Additional on-site training and evaluations follow. We also offer specialty services like handyman work, electrical, plumbing, pest control, and floor care.
5. What types of clients do you serve?

Yes, we supply all necessary commercial-grade cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment. For consumables (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.), clients can either provide their own or have us handle the ordering, which will appear as a separate line item on their invoice.
